I hate it when there's some long winded back story before the actual thing you want to read. So I'm not going to do that. I designed these two cute little baby Yoda patterns and now i'm going to share them with you. You're welcome :)

Please let me know if you have any questions or problems. I would love to help you out or hear how it turned out for you. Reach out in the comments or on my instagram page @crochetbycaitlin.

I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did!
The images are a little bit blurry, I am limited by my website for how photos are uploaded.

If you would like to purchase an inexpensive ad free version of these patterns, visit my Etsy shop
HERE

I truly appreciate the support in purchasing my patterns.

Also, side note: The measurements listed on the top of these patterns are incorrect. If you are stitching on 14 count aida,  Yoda will turn out to be about 3.57 inches.

You would need to use a different count Aida cloth. This one was done on 14 count. You could go lower and do 8 or 6 count and it would turn out bigger. If you did that though you would need to cross stitch with more stands of thread

Hi! So, I want to make the first one and I starting measuring my canvas (14c Aïda), but when I count 50 to grid my pattern, it doesn’t give me the 6,25in that you gave as a measure... so I’m a bit lost! I really want to make it for my BFF’s birthday this Sunday but I don’t know how to start now

Hi Sacha,

So I just realized I never updated the pattern here. I am so sorry about that. The pattern actually turns out to be 3.57 inches on 14 count aida. There was a mistake in my pattern creating and I didn't realize the sizing was incorrect. In order to get 6 inches you'd need to work it up on a much larger aida cloth say 11 count or 8 count. The purchased pattern on my Etsy shop does have the correct measurements. I will update this pattern to reflect the correct sizing. Again, I apologize for this!

I'd never done cross-stitch before and decided on this for my first pattern. Thanks for putting it up!

Not sure if you’re still looking for the name, but it’s called Aida cloth or aida fabric.

É chamado de pano aida. Sorry my Portuguese is not very good anymore. 😅

Thank you so much for the pattern. I outlined it in black, changed the cup into a gift and used it for my grandson's first Christmas ornament.
